Abolition And Dissoluton Of The Federal Reserve And Bar Associations-By Harsha Sankar

         When non-productive people who neither create wealth nor value are at the helm of society, that society itself will no longer remain a producing power.  In the 1970’s, over 25% of the workforce were employed by manufacturing in America.  Now that figure has been reduced to 7%.

 

         Manufacturing  represents 40% of the current demand of “Temp” Jobs. 17% of assembly line jobs are composed of “temps”.

 

         It is high time that the notion of token reform must be shed.  Americans must instead strive to look at the most fundamental and key factors that undermine their freedoms and prosperity.  Day by day, America is  resembling a police state as it becomes one.  All three branches of government are becoming more aggressive, both on domestic and foreign fronts, as basic standalone standards have eroded.  A sophisticated form of bondage and enslavement then forms.

 

         In America, an individual has to pay a health insurance company to “handle” their health care needs.  This is an absolute form of enslavement.  Yet people willingly accept it.  Both businesses and individuals have to purchase various types of insurance to operate.  Insurance is merely the “Corporate Form of Socialism”.  

 

         40,000 to 50,000 new law school graduates are being produced every year, most of whom become attorneys.With this advent, is it any wonder why the entire nation is transforming itself the way it is?

 

        Jesus issued seven statements condemning the legal profession.  Jesus never said that each and every legal professionals were individually condemned to damnation. He merely cited that it was the system and concept of the tyranny by the legal profession that must be eliminated.  Jesus is correct when he stated that the legal profession is a profession that was not meant to exist.  

        No one ever said that all members of the Communist Parties of China, North Korea & Cuban were amoral.Pakistan is a military dictatorship for all intents and purposes.  Yet most members of its military have to be deemed as honorable.  After the fall of Communism, very few Communists were tried and convicted of major crimes simply because very few needed to be.  It is a system and concept that has failed the people and has to be abolished.

 

         That is why all Americans must call for the Abolition and Dissolution of the Federal Reserve and Bar Associations.  Both are agencies of an international cartel designed to control all of mankind.  Both established themselves in America over a century ago.  Both have its origin to the Knights Templar in London. Both are not mentioned in the American Constitution.  Both are sister organizations that were once tumors that have become malignant in the last few decades. One organization propagates the “Color of Money” so that nearly every square inch of property on earth is mortgaged to them.  The other promotes the “Color of Law” so that all earth’s inhabitants are domiciled and made submissive by their agenda. Both are fraudulent organizations that rely on subterfuge and deceit to manipulate all economic and legal action/assistance activities.

 

        This kind of power (of both organizations) is very dangerous.  They have the power to wipe out the rights, freedoms and resources of the entire human race.

 

         These organizations must be eliminated. The best way to do just that is to make this transition as painless as possible. The attorney profession is very territorial.  They will fight very hard to maintain their stranglehold.  However, tyranny wears down those who do not possess the support of the people.

        Therefore, it is important that voluntary retirement schemes, other buyout schemes and proper re-training be offered to the current attorney profession. Without this, the current “Officers Of The Court” ruling class will continue to block the repeal of the restriction that allows only them to serve as Assistance of Counsel. That exclusive and illegal privilege gives birth to other remnants of tyranny such as the Federal Reserve.

Aftermath Of The Creigh & Gus Deeds Saga-More Questions Raised Than Answers

       Somewhere in America tragedy befell Virginia State Senator Creigh Deeds and his son, Austin "Gus" Creigh Deeds. 

            
       It was a presumably a murder-suicide that certainly sent shock waves throughout the region.

       Due to the fact that this tragedy left one individual wounded and one individual dead, this matter becomes public domain. It certainly warranted a transparent and thorough investigation by the police and prosecutorial departments at local and state levels to determine if there was any possible foul play. Yet there was none despite the general belief that if most Americans were involved in a similar situation, all possible scenarios would have been reviewed and all details would have been disclosed publically. It appears that being an attorney-politicians does have its perks.

        Obviously this tragedy has generated an extreme amount of pain for numerous people. Yet since this has to be treated as a public issue, these are a few statements and questions that have to be asked. The foundation of these statements and questions are internet news reports.

        1. If someone supposedly had the intent to commit murder, had already inflicted serious wounds, and had a loaded weapon, then why did that individual instead commit suicide?

        2. Committing suicide with a rifle is very difficult. An autopsy should have been conducted to determine the angle and placement of bullet entry to see if it is copacetic with the official version.

        3. It appeared that the State Senator, once severely wounded, was able to walk across a lawn to a rural and low-traffic road. He was then met by a relative or close friend who just coincidentally happened to be driving by at night. This scenario is possible but is it probable?

        4. Despite the claims that the ex-politician had been severely wounded, it was asserted he and his relative elected to go to the local police station first before he went to the hospital. Why?
                    
          According to the Internet news reports and as I understand it, the politician seemed to be talkative and that is not obviously a normal sign for an individual suffering from severe wounds.

          This letter is not making any firm accusations. It's intent is two-pronged. The first purpose is to state that a thorough and forensic investigation should have been objectively conducted with transparency. Only two people know for certain what actually happened and one is dead. 

          The second purpose is to diffuse the myths that are being spread in regards to psychiatry. It seems that attempts are being made to advance mental health intervention. For anyone to convert this tragedy for that purpose is indeed sending the wrong message. It promotes authoritarianism in society.

            Mental health therapy should be kept as absolutely personal. Therapists are not part of the judicial system and corrections. Therapists who practice in accordance to The Hippocratic Oath are never supposed to control and punish the people whom they are supposed to serve. Because of that principle, a therapist should never collaborate with those who do. Judges and police punish while therapists heal. Forced psychiatric treatment is unwarranted and is not symptomatic of a relatively free society. While it is permissible for people to cite mental health issues to lessen punishment for an alleged crime, people who seek this type of treatment require total privacy and anonymity. 

            It would not be surprising if psychiatric treatment did in actuality make matters worse for the deceased. It is unfortunately too often that psychiatric abuse has inflicted harm to people in terms of social status, reputation, emotional well-being, physical and neurological health. 

            It is not just the legal establishment who look to psychiatry as its tool to control. There are too many in society who look to psychiatry as well for the purposes of obtaining docility and submission. One just needs to look at all the children, particularly foster kids, who are "medicated".

           The promotion of disability and impairment are strictly forbidden by The Hippocratic Oath in the field of medicine. It should remain so. Even a criminal needs to be protected from medical harm. There simply is no
psychiatric solution to emotional  pain, character and psychological issues, and even criminal behavior. It is obvious that the deceased did not demonstrate any illness that reflected clean break from reality insanity. The deceased, unlike the 2007 VPI shooter, was aware of his actions and surroundings.  
                    
           The crusade for expanded mental health treatment is always a prelude for abuse. People sometimes cite that need also as a cover for their inadequacies. This must stop.

Secret Societies Are The Enemies Of Law & Constitution

     All must go to youtube or google and watch this compelling video "Congressional Candidate Slams American Bar Association". It is a narrative by Andy Ostrowski who ran for office last year.

       

      Before I summarize, people need to realize that most of mankind has been enslaved by the Tyrannical and Clandestine Bar Associations and the BAR has done this via stealth! 

     

       Andy Ostrowski claims that the Courts used to be open and transparent but now are no longer. He talks about the BAR Associations having exclusive power to administrate justice. He says BAR Associations were not part of the foundation of America and that they are not part of the fabric of America's Republic or democracy! 
       

      Ostrowski cites that the existing discplinary process is utilized only to silence and censor those who have criticisms of the judiciary! 
      

      Ostrowski states that The BAR has taken access of justice and law away from the individuals and then placed that access exclusively into the hands of attorneys! Justice therefore is not being fairly administered and that in itself is the root cause of the erosion of liberties in America. 
      

      Bar associations and attorneys were not mentioned in the American Constitution or Declaration of Independence! Bar Assocations did not even exist until after the American Civil War! 
      

      In England,The Queen used to appoint Knights of St.John to administer law.These knights then formed the Middle Temple.The Sovereign Middle Temple then created the BAR to help administer the law.Proof of this is BAR Attorneys are called Esquires"Servants of the Knight". The American Constitution prohibits Titles of Nobility and yet the term esquire exists. 
      

      Knights Of St. John,which created the BAR Associations,created Free Masonry!Free Masons are secret societies! Many jurists are free masons. Secret Societies are the enemies of the Law,Constituion, and The People. 
      

     Ostrowski states that the individuals need to have the right to present their cases and have their cases properly administered and adjudged according to the Constitution and law.      

     The Expansion of Extensive Government Empowerment is due to a lack of Checks and Balances. This total lack is undermining our Republic! The playing field is being tilted towards the Corporates and Big Banks at the expense of individual rights and free enterprise.     

      I have been citing this for 24 years. It is perhaps overdue that a political aspirant is bringing this to the forefront.

          On January 10th,Horton Beirne, Publisher of the Virginian Review, passed away. I thought I would express a few words to serve as tribute to a man that I dealt with since the late 80's.
         
          Horton Beirne should be remembered for much more than his journalistic endeavors. While his journalistic ethic should be lauded, a person's work and career should not be the most important thing in one's life.
         
          Yet I will make the following statements. Horton Beirne and I may have had differences and disagreements. However, I always respected his decisions. For example, if he declined to publish one of my letters, I accepted it because I valued his journalistic integrity and neutrality.
          
          He always kept an open mind and he never sought to unduly censor me, unlike the Roanoke Times who for six years categorically refused to publish any letter that commented about the legal system despite the fact that that corporate media outlet continuously propagates the legal profession. As an independent news provider, The Virginian Review freely allowed dissenting viewpoints in today's authoritarian environment and Horton Beirne should be praised for that.
         
          Corporate media has taken over all the mainstream media as five companies control everything. As the days of Independent media in America are in rapid decline, Horton Beirne symbolized the iconsim of free press as the Virginian Review represents the last vanguard and dying legacy of locally-owned media.

Unless System Is Workable,Nothing Corrects Itself

         Former board member of Goldman Sachs and Proctor Gamble, Rajat K. Gupta, was convicted in June 2012 on insider trading charges.

         Gupta's legal defense fees amounted to nearly thirty million dollars. This outrageous and unconscionable fee was revealed by two anonymous individuals who had direct knowledge of this case but were not authorized to discuss it publicly. Like so many others cases in which wholesale debauchery and plunder takes place,many other aspects of this case were cloaked in secret.

         The former chief executive of Enron,Jeff Skilling,spent about $70 million throughout his trial. Years of his appeals have only added to that cost.

         Obviously attorneys and other apologists will rationalize this by stating that cases are complex and that attorneys are needed to sort through reams of information and documents to build a case.

         The rebuttal to that is if the people have a legal system that makes inherently simple matters complicated to the extent of generating that much profit and perverse control for the legal profession, then it is a system that must not be condoned but rather condemned. The system should thus be deemed as both dysfunctional and tyrannical and therefore not capable of being mended or repaired. It must be replaced.

         The "cancer" that the legal profession spreads does not stay confined within the circles of the legal profession itself. It spreads to all fields,profession,trades, and all walks of life. This "cancer" causes such alterations and distortions are very noticeable but not so traceable. 

         Outrageous health care costs, higher education costs, and again exorbitant financial costs have

enriched many at the expense of the general good.  Numerous pencil pushers and paper shufflers such as healthcare and corporate bureaucrats have become millionaires because of the protectionism and monopolistic systems that the "lawyer-lobbyist" regime has provided. Medical specialists are commanding salaries many times more than any competitive free enterprise would allow. This is the reason why so many Americans are opting for medical care on foreign soil. Now that the embargo against Cuba may be lifted, many cancer-stricken Americans can be effectively treated by that nation's state-of-the-art facilities. Many Americans are also looking abroad for higher education pursuits. That is a sad testament because at one time the rest of the world took strident glances at America's higher education system for is value-creation and cost-effectiveness.

         On its own, nothing will ever correct itself unless the system is workable. To restore governance and society back to its functional state, Americans need again a constitutional amendment that bans same hands governance.

The Defeat Of BAR IMPERIALISM Takes Precedence To Other Conspiracies' Defeat-By Harsha Sankar

           The damages retrial for last year's Apple vs. Samsung legal battle has recently concluded. Apple Inc.(stockholders, customers, vendors, contractors, employees) paid its attorneys $62 million. This staggering fee does not include Apple's payroll payment on in-house attorneys. 

Over $1.5 million WAS earmarked between the two firms for photocopying documents during the discovery process.

If anyone still believes that the BAR Associations is not ruling, ruining, and running America, particularly to the ground, then that individual(s) are either naïve or "on the take". 

If anyone truly believes that the legal system is not dysfunctional, degenerate, and sociopathic, then that individual(s) are either naïve or "on the take". 
If anyone truly believes the legal profession serves the people and representative governance, then that individual(s) are either naïve or "on the take." 

It is time Americans look at the largest picture. BAR IMPERIALISM is an ANATHEMA and it must die. There is no mention of attorney or even lawyer in the United States Constitution. Yet they have reduced so many Americans to either "privileged" or "serf" status. 

BAR IMPERIALISM is a conspiracy that enslaves all Americans. Its conspiracy supersedes all conspiracies in importance, and the defeat of this conspiracy takes precedence. No other issue can ever be properly resolved until this menace is eradicated.

State-Sanctioned Psychiatric Treatment Is State-Sponsored Terrorism-By Harsha Sankar

           It seems in this day and time there is so much clamour about mental health issues and treatment. The crusade for expanded mental health treatment is always a prelude for abuse. People sometimes cite that need also as a cover for their inadequacies. This must stop.

             Anti-psychotic medications(neuroleptics and atypical) should be banned. These "dopamine blockers" have wreaked havoc and devastation among so many

unsuspecting patients. In addition, ECT treatment should have limited application to those who have severe substance addiction and obviously multiple doctors need to provide approval.

            In China and in many of the "Islamic" states, the practice of medicine is used for punishment and control purposes. That  should never happen in the USA.

The Establishment And Maintenance Of Anti-Christ Systems Serve As Harbingers-By Harsha Sankar

           As the whole world observed Christmas, I watched excerpts of two of my favorite movies The Omen and Damien:Omen II. These movies dealt with the early years of the Anti-Christ. While both movies delved into the arena of the supernatural, both movies gave realistic accounts of The Beast's childhood. 

         I occasionally study about The Bible for the sake of knowledge and information. It talks about Satan and the Anti-Christ(s) in the Book of Revelation. As I understand it, its passages about the Anti-Christ(s) cannot be taken too literally. The apostles who cited the Son of Man,in my view, provided guidelines in its description.

        If I believed in the existence of Satan and the Anti-Christ,I would label the worldwide BAR Associations and the International Banking Cartel that owns the Federal Reserve as Satanic and as truly Instruments of  The Devil. That's why Jesus condemned Lawyers and Money-Changers! In his time, nearly all said he was radical and mad. It is only because he knew that their organized union would perpetuate tyranny,the true creation of Satan!

     

        Jesus preached Free Will! He believed in individual rights and his/her right to have direct access to governance and to God! Yet the BAR denies our right of direct access(habeas corpus) to Courts. The American Constitution was written for all American citizens and it guarantees that any American has the right to provide counsel to any other American in a Court Of Law in criminal cases. Yet the American Branch of the world-wide BAR Associations deprives the American citizens of this right as it limits the role of Assistance of Counsel to BAR Attorneys.  

       For those who believe in the concept of Satan, heed these words. The New World Order is here. The World Trade Organization has just gained unprecedented authority and there is no going back.

        The Bible,in my estimation,talks about the Luciferian One-World Government being gradually ushered in. The gospel talks about one-world governance, not as a single entity, but rather as a concept that people will unwittingly embrace without realizing that it is merely an export from Satan.

        People will willingly allow the debauchery of our money and our rights from the Internationalist Fed & BAR. With the FED controlling the world's currencies and the BAR controlling the world's legal systems, it is only a matter of time before the entire world is reduced to abject submission. The Anti-Christ systems will not come across as heinous or evil but rather it will be marketed as attractive and appealing.

       Always remember that the Color of Money & and the Color of Law will pave the way and soften the ground for the lawlessness that is needed to usher in the New World Order.Individual rights and sovereignty will be relics of the past.

       Jesus warned about non-representative organizations peddling influences to the "masses", infecting people with irrational collectivism that only elites(e.g. ex. attorneys) know what's best for the people. Jesus insisted that all individuals have not just the right but the responsibility to think for oneself.

      As a Hindu, I do not believe that Jesus was "God". However,most of the teachings and prophecies of the Bible cannot be denied.

A Bizarre Story Of An Austrian- By Harsha Sankar

Written is a bizarre story of an Austrian.

His father's birth name was Shicklgruber. His mother was a housekeeper. Orphaned at nineteen, this young man was rejected by the Vienna School of the Arts three times due to lack of a diploma. For the next five years he slept in shelters. At age twenty-four he left for Germany. For two years he worked as a street corner water colorist, painter,and sculptor.

He joined the Bavarian Infantry Unit as the First World War broke out. However, despite the huge demand for NCO's in the Kaiser's Army, he was only promoted to lance corporal. He blamed his Jewish superior.

After the European Dynasties ended, the Man of Destiny would begin.Newly appointed as spy, he infiltrated Communist meetings 
and also meetings conducted by those who were bitter about the Versailles Treaty. He also learned about Eastern traditions from another group. He quit eating meat, believing killing of animals was wrong.

Discharged from the military, he joined these organizations. He was initially respected for his verbal skills,his historic knowledge, and 

zeal. While interest to "avenge" Germany's defeat waned, he consolidated the two groups into one party.

His anti-semitism took firm root. Many Germans blamed Zionist international financial capitalists for their vanquish.

 

Two years later his party tried to overthrow the Bavarian state government. During his prison time,the maid's son wrote a book which became, next to The Holy Bible, the

world's best-seller. It served as a warning to all humanity.

After seven years of endless campaigning, his party received 2.8  percent of the vote.  During the Depression, they made great strides, becoming the biggest party in Germany. The violent vagabond from Vienna stood election and lost significantly twice against Hidenberg, a man of Prussian honor. 

However, the aging President named this recent recipient of German citizenship as Chancellor, the No.2 man in German government.

 

The new Chancellor had its "Capitol Hill" grazed with extreme

secrecy. He blamed the Communists. He then propogated anti-semitism because most Communist movement leaders were of Jewish descent,even though they suppresed judaism. However, all Germans perceived  was the rapid growth of communistic insurgency. 

Through deceit,underground terror  and   seduction,the art school reject quietly exterminated representative government and human rights.The one-time Bavarian Street Artist  imposed quotas to limit disproportionate 
Jewish presence.

After Hidenburg died, the man of peasant stock expedited tyranny. The beer joint rebel was now unquestionably head of state. No

one could stop him except the military old guard. In a cunning move, this lance corporal eighteen years removed kicked them upstairs and promoted his sycophants. Deemed not fit to lead privates in his last military stint, the high school dropout would now command a highly mechanized ten million man military. 

 

In 1913, he left Austria a tramp. Twenty-five years later, he came back a dictator, annexing that country into the Fatherland.

A few years later the former homeless man  had half the industrialized world under his rule.The third party third rate politician and street corner orator had the whole world gasping for breath. 

 

30 months later, he only had a bunker to rule. Despite his affinity for animals, the once-aspiring architect was hugely responsible for a war that killed 60 million people. His cowardly suicide  took place on a paganistic satanic holiday

The name of this genocidal psychopath  was Adolph Hitler.
